Discussion Question - You Didn't Build That!

So, I am throwing out a discussion question for all of you, my faithful blog readers.  (Yes, I want comments from both of you.)  There’s been a ton of discussion about the following comments from the President:

Now, here’s where I want to go with this.  Consider the following statements:

1.  ”I built up my business on my own through the sweat of my own brow with my own two-hands and some good ole fashioned hard work.”
2.  ”I am thankful for all of those who made my success possible and for all the opportunities others provided me.”

So, which of these statements sounds more Christian?  Which one of these statements actually is more Christian?    I’m looking forward to reading your thoughts or just sadly staring at the phrase “0 comments”  at the bottom of this post.
